Don't know what to say seriously I've almost used all my vocabulary and it's still my post #13.

Well I don't know I don't hate Ozzy for getting ill, I never liked the prices on their tickets I am very greedy couldn't imagine myself paying that much even I know it will be a great show, maybe I will change my mind when I'll get wealthy but for now I'm just happy to know he's feeling better and with whole his lifestyle stay on stage so long is pretty cool whatever people say.

I wish I could stop commercialisation of my favourite genres when they were more underground they were more honest and musicians had chance to do and create what they needed to express wanted to say more than what would audience buy. Popularisation of underground genres will lead them to death, in a bad sense.

You have what to say you create music and you want to show it to your audience and you want to know reaction, this process moves you to your next creation and this is non-stop process of exchange of powers, honest energy circulation. You're losing something when you are losing your honest audience, you are becoming professionally perfect but you are losing your natural motivation. It kills music and it kills you sooner or later.
I don't know how to stop it.

Ozzy said it himself in a twitter video.

As I said in the 2020 Gig thread, coming from Ozzy himself, it's as official as it can be.

Beyond a joke at this point

Wonder cut they just cut Ozzy off, and bring Priest over for a show? It's been a decade since they were last here.

Add Saxon to the bill and most fans would be happy enough to hold on to the tickets. Event junkies and fans of 'reality tv star Ozzy' less so though.

Was mildly annoyed I'd miss most of the Superbowl that night so I'm kinda relieved, not surprised though, might get a refund now, and pick up a ticket the week before if it still goes ahead.

Can't believe people were still expecting this to go through. I got my refund ages ago.

Hope they just get Priest and maybe add an opener, was going mostly for them anyway.

I was looking forward to having the Monday off work and watching the Super bowl in the morning after being at the concert the night before. Realistically the concert probably won't happen.

Sent off a request for a refund

If it goes ahead I'll try and pick up a ticket closer to the date

It rather it not are this stage, I'm happy I saw him with Sabbath a few years back

Must be a pain for Judas Priest though, knowing the European tour has been delayed AGAIN.

  • Registered Users Posts: 37,712 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

    Quick enough processing the refund

Should have it in 5-7 days

Pity but at least I'll get a bit of money back

Just hope that when he does play here, there's a good break between the American dates and the European ones, so we can at least get an Ozzy that's not half comatose. Be nice if we were one of the first few gigs on the euro leg of the tour for that reason.

Could be 2021 by the time he does this euro tour

Ozzy needs to realise he's a 70 year old man and just give it up.

My point being that age is somewhat irrelevant.
Ozzy is a mess not because of his age but because of his lifestyle for most of his life.

TBH dont care now if the show ever goes ahead

Ah jaysus! It's Priest i'm going for, not Ozzy.

I was hoping for Priest to step up an tour similar dates in Europe but doesn't look like that's happening either.
