The EVO II is split across 3 versions (Specs highlights):

    Autel EVO II

    - 8K camera with 1/2-inch CMOS sensor.
    - Maximum resolution of 48MP (8,000 x 6,000px) for stills.
    - Video resolution will top at 7720 x 4320.

    Autel EVO II Pro

    - 6K camera with 1-inch CMOS sensor and 29mm (full-frame equivalent) lens
    - Adjustable aperture (f/2.8-f/11).
    - The sensor offers maximum resolution of 20MP (5,472 x 3,648px) for stills. Thanks to larger pixels, the ISO range is 100-12,800.
    - HDR video and photo
    - 10 bit colour

    Autel EVO II Dual

    - Camera module that combines the 8K camera with a thermal camera that offers a resolution of up to 640 x 512

    All camera modules are interchangeable

    From another source:
The drones are currently in production, and the company is expecting EVO II to start shipping in a matter of weeks. The rest of the fleet should follow shortly after. While the pricing isn’t final yet, the company says we can expect the EVO II to cost around $1,495, and the EVO II Pro will cost around $1,895.

wow, its really impressive with all of these gizmos (8k camera, extended obstacle avoidance, flying time) but I'd be concerned about drones profile and side wind resistance: its pretty 'toll' and looks kinda like a tractor :)
Anyways, mentioned price range $1.4k (so most likely it will be around the same in euros) will make it more pro-use than pure hobby drone..but might be wrong

Nice to finally see some competition to DJI on the upper/pro end of the market.
I have loved all the DJI products I’ve had but this looks like an appealing alternative.

Looking forward to reading more about the Pro version with the 1" sensor @6k. Would be far more interested in it for good video quality than the 8k variant with the 1/2" sensor.

Same. I think the Pro 6k version is the one to be going for.

Sounds good on paper, but 8K on a sensor that small expect a tonne of pixel binning or else a fair bit of noise in anything but direct sunlight.

Thinking the same, 8K means nothing if the sensor is small!

I like that idea of interchangeable camera modules as it allows for upgrades

    Bit of an update.

Apparently Autel were a bit over ambitious releasing the details and review units back at CES. Their production numbers were no where near what is needed for a wide release of any of the three models.

With the march release date having come and gone, it's now available for pre-order from reputable retailers but still no release date...

Anyone thinking about the EVO Lite Plus? Or does anyone have one yet?

    Thanks

FlyPath on YouTube has a few videos on the newer EVO models, although I'm still not sure why you'd pick any of them over the DJI model unless you don't like how they enforce restricted zones, etc
