I find it hard to sleep just before my period its like clockwork.

I recently found out its a common symptom for women.

    Anyone else have it?

    Any remedies?

I haven’t noticed it as part of my PMS but I generally find it difficult to get to sleep and a lot of the time my sleep is very light.

I occasionally take Melatonin which I got in the States but I couldn’t say definitively if it helps.

There’s a podcast I listen to called Sleep With Me, it’s on Spotify if you have that or you can get it online. My ex told me about it and I find it works a treat if I’m finding it hard to sleep. The guys voice does take some getting used to but after that it helps, it’s like bedtime stories for adults.

Sorry to hear you have it.

    I hope it gets better.

I like ASMR (its probably the same kind of thing) but i only like female voices.

She uses visual slow movements too.

    I find i am such a lighter sleeper too ! :(

Yes, I get insomnia around day 27/28.

Generally I just roll with it, do a bit of extra reading or something that night.
