    By God that was hot
    I was very chesty from the off so as soon as the HR went up, the pace started to come down.
    Wound up struggling to about 3:32. Not happy with the time but given the conditions, me and the weather, I can't complain

    Rotterdam. I saw a guy at the finish getting chest compressions. Never seen someone in such bad shape. It's an image that will stay with me for a while. Poor guy

    3 people had to be resusated that survived. The person that died was later in hospital an hour after the finish.
