I found a sneaky way to find other stuff for 50cent.

That page has an image of 50cent, when I clicked on it in chrome and selected "inspect", it revealed this bit of code "dealz-1for0.50"

So search that in google and it shows several others

Got 3 of them last week.. the chocolate really tastes dirt cheap in them.

I know they're a euro but you can far better chocolate for that in Aldi/Lidl.

These are showing online, I did not see them in the shop.

A lot of the biscuits were "any 2 for 1.50" and they were decent size packets of mcvities and foxes crunch and some other known brand. The mcvities were coconut rings, think the pack was 300g and "shorties"

never had it, but meant to taste like coke (not just a coca cola product) but is just 250ml. It is only the same sugar content as coke but has guarana. I thought it might have glucose like lucozade -which is now lower sugar than coke and so useless!

bad reviews here. If it is "mix n match" I would try one though.

Those McVities biscuits a few posts up were 75cent in stillorgan the other day, i.e. no need to buy 2.

Iceland do them if you have one near you. They are featured on the main home page on their website:

    Two pint glasses for 1.50.

Dunno if it's particularly cheap, but seemed like a bargain. Good sturdy glasses too.

I think Centz has rebranded as Home Savers.

Is that a recent thing that they just haven't changed the signage yet? The one beside where I work and close to where I live are both still under the signage of 'Centz'

There were no cheapo eggs in Tesco, but Dealz had loads

People seem to be overlooking Dealz for food supplies etc, but they were well-stocked and helpful staff, hence the post

health food shops and asian supermarkets might be more likely to still have flour & rice too. All that was in my tesco was crazy expensive rice & flour.

As some avid baker in the food forum said -half that flour will probably end up being dumped .

At least the toilet roll will be used eventually!

Tesco are getting cleaned out because of home delivery and the collect service they offer

I thought Dealz would have been closed.

Assume as it sells food and other supplies it will be allowed to stay open.

Their irish facebook page is updated regularly and they are staying open as it is.

Anyone selling household cleaning supplies and food can remain open, they are cleaning the self service checkouts after every customer in my local and enforcing the 2 metre rule very well while queuing too
