    The points got loaded but I couldnt redeem the cookies. Dont think the cookie promotion is valid in Ireland after checking the Subway website. Guy in the store couldnt activate it and never heard of it either.

    The QR code did scan but there was no option there for them to apply the offer.

    Bought a six inch sub (€3 meat feast) and got another 250 bonus points. Couldn't get the free cookies offer to work either but was given them for free anyhow. Happy days! :D

    Sorry but how do you get a free Sub.

    If you sign up for subway app this gives you 250 points, not enough for a free Sub?

    It crashes only on offers..everything else seems ok though not picking up location either at times


    It's a bit frustrating

    As with old app you should screenshot card ..so often on old app the qr scan would not open when at the counter
