Fairly decent layer of ice in the pond, which was designed so it would get zero direct sunshine from about early November till late February, partly so that it freezes over a lot during the winter and partly because I don't want it to get too much sun in the summer months.

Current temperature is 2.8c bit it feels pleasant in the sun as it's calm.

Frost forming on the grass in the garden. It's quite rare to see frost forming in daylight hours in the depths of winter, never mind mid November. Current temperature is 0.3c and it's falling quickly. North Kildare.

Lots of dew here, enough of it to register 0.4mm in the AWS gauge overnight, despite no rain whatsoever falling in South Laois! Currently 6.8c after dropping to 2.0c (both AWS) before midnight. Mostly cloudy.
