Patio Rose Help!

I have a beautiful patio rose which I have had for about 8 years. I cut it back hard every spring, feed it with Vitex, and spray regularly with Rose Clear. But something seems to be attacking it and the rose seems to be dying. I've taken a couple of photos which I have attached. Any idea as to what it could be and how to deal with it??

    TIA :)

No, google account links won't work. You'll have to upload it as attachment. Instructions here: https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2058085332

    Also, the last tag isn't [\IMG], it's [/IMG], with a forward slash.

Fair enough, I always mix up my slashes when typing the tags on my phone! :)
But for some reason I can see the Google photo after I removed the http, I'm on the touch site.

I can't see any pictures but at the risk of hijacking your question, do we have rose slugs, sawflies or leafcutter bees in Ireland?
