Im just wondering what sort of time can be achieved using this plan?

I know there is no definitive answer but Im curious to see what people think would be the best time achievable from the novice plan. Thanks!

That probably depends more on your own pace than anything else. I used this plan last year for my first marathon, and finished just inside 4:25. Others would have done better, because I'm pretty slow! :pac: Long runs were done at about a 10.30-11 min/mile pace, and I ran a sub-2 half 4 weeks before the marathon.
