Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I went to a good Indian one in the city centre. It was a once off, but we learned a few recipes and I use them a lot.
    I posted about it in the vegetarian forum and her details are in that post. The sauces could easily be used on meat, but there wouldn't be enough time to cook meat at the class.
