    British Airways Flight 038 (call sign Speedbird 38) was a scheduled flight from Beijing Capital International Airport which crash landed just short of the runway at its destination, Heathrow Airport, London, on 17 January 2008.

    They think it's fuel freezing on long haul trips through very cold areas. It requires a redesign of the fuel jumps or tanks I think, not sure if the fix has been made yet.

    The investigation continues. They still only have suspicions. The passengers are suing Boeing. That is the only thing we know for sure.
