Is it discriminatory to say you wouldn't date a transgender person?

    "Discriminatory" is not a category.

We all discriminate in who we want to socialise with.

I wouldn't date a person with bad breath, for instance. Complete dealbreaker, yeuch.

Is that "discriminatory" or just my preference, my choice? Is there a difference?

    Discuss.

There is something inherently and legally wrong with 9 types of discrimination though... Gender is one of them.

Bumble for sure. No they're like "Hi I'm Wanda a TS girl looking to meet guys" or whatever. Superliked the bitch and she never matched with me.

This subject comes up in different forms. I was listening to an overweight woman speaking of her experiences of blind dating only this week, where she told of how when on meeting her date, she was told that there was no chance basically (not necessarily in those words). She had kept the fact she was overweight to herself. She then went on to say this was a nasty characteristic of men to do such a thing.

If that wasn't bad enough, she they went on to say the slim men that were interested in her 'fetishized' her fat body.
You just can't win with these kinds of people. The only thing that would satisfy her is men who have no preference whatsoever, which is completely improbable.

My opinion on this is that most people have a 'type'. Which logically infers other types are not your type. That is completely natural and does not in any way indicates discrimination for the sake of it.

Same sorta thing with this subject. They will complain when ppl are not interested and they will find a way to complain when ppl are interested.

I would prefer women I'd date not to have a penis.

Ya , nothing worse than wanting to play hide the sausage and then finding another sausage, so I'm told.

Who people fancy has nothing to do with the above.

I don't fancy women. If someone were to be really literal, yeah I do discriminate against women when it comes to relationships, but it's not the type of discrimination that is immoral or illegal.

    Personal preference is not voluntary.

I actually did read someone say that men don't fancy trans women because they're the "wrong" "idea" of female (loved the quote marks). Lol. Thaaaat's it - they're just being mean.
