That's correct, you can contact us with all your details on the day you move out or shortly after. We'll close your account from the meter reading you provide and send your final bill to your forwarding address.

In order to close your account you must provide the following:
The date you are moving out
Your final meter reading on that day
Your forwarding address - We will send you your final bill with the total owed up to your closing reading.
The name and telephone number of the incoming occupant/landlord/letting agent/local authority (This is to prevent a disconnection charge of €79.45 (including VAT) being applied to your account)
