I got some help from you last year and the year before when I ran my first and second marathon. Not doing it this year my training had gone very stale in the last few months and in the last week and a half I did nothing due to tnosilitis I needed to take antibiotics. Starting back my first run tomorrow. What would be a good two week plan to getr back up to 3 or 4 runs a week averaging about 15 miles a week
