I'm unable to login to either the PAYG App or website, getting a username/ password error but info hasn't changed however I've requested a reset email several times but nothing is been sent......?
Customer Service for both EI and Payzone said they can't do anything, is there a solution?
We would advise you to email PAYG@electricireland.ie, as we have limited access to the Pay As You Go system here.
