I'm having the same problems with the white screen and then eventually i get in and am trying to send a payment but i keep getting the message that it can't complete the transaction at this time. Does that mean that my attempts will be completed later without my intervention? Ridiculous service from the beginning since the app was updated. and why is it rushed to A&E every Sunday for "scheduled maintenance" ? It really doesn't inspire any confidence in the bank but that isn't surprising either.

Same here app not working , nothing on twitter about it, not sure is there any point in DM them , I'll try anyway

Would it be possible for BOI to switch back to the web client, and ditch the app.

The 365 website was always very stable. Gosh, I used it for years and never seen any issues with it.

This is getting ridiculous..

It came back and is gone again..

All the money BoI got in bailouts, saving money by closing banks, upping bank fees and they still have monkeys looking after their online access.

Different problem and nothing to do with BoI online banking not working 30/04/21 . I'm not using the app.

yeah seems to be few different problems within the thread obv 2 previous posts r in regards to the app getting a white screen
