Was with you couple of years ago and go the Nest Thermostat.

Saturday night , my condensate pipe froze causing a small leak. This leak travelled down the cable to the nest heat link which I assume damaged the link.

But now the boiler won’t come back on due the the blown heat link.

Boiler company says I need to contact the installers which is you.

Is there anything you can do?
