Details of the fine given to KBC over their handling (or lack of) over the tracker issue.

I got a phonecall about 2 years ago advising me my mortgage was being investigated, but nothing at all after that, no letter or call either way. Wonder should I enquire now to the findings???

Would deffo ring the bank & find out that status on the investigation on your particular mortgage account.
