Replace Credit Card

Hi, I wanted to significantly reduce my balance so I cut up my credit card.

It’s managed now and so I would like to get a new card and pin. How can I do this please ?

Thank you for your message.
 
If you have access to the KBC mobile app, you can request a replacement card and pin reminder under the card section.
Alternatively, our card security team can issue these out if you contact them directly on 1800 93 62 87 or +353 1 634 79 63 if calling from abroad.
 
The new card and pin will take approximately 5-7 business days to be received once requested.
