Sending equipment back

Hi, we cancelled our subscription after Christmas and sent the equipment back in the boxes that were posted out a few weeks ago, however just this morning, I received an email asking for equipment to be sent back and listing the potential charges if it is not.

Would appreciate some clarity as it has been quite a while since the relevant boxes and equipment were brought to the post office.

Make sure you have the post ofifce receipt, its very very important! 
Once you have it, go online to their facebook messaging, once talking to the rep, upload a copy of the post office reciept. They can then get your account updated so you're not charged & the matter is closed.
