Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Sky are working differently to prioritise the wellbeing of our staff meaning contact centre numbers are reduced and wait times are longer than usual.

Having called that number, the robot said waiting time at present of one hour, but that from Friday (presumably Mar 20th), packages can be cancelled online

Your billing department seems to be fully staffed, I left sky last year and have had €204 taken out of my account today by sky and this is after several calls to sky reps in Jan and Feb who told me my contact was fully cancelled, was out of contract, no monies where outstanding and there was nothing further i had to do. 

What is going on SKY?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

nothing works on your webpage, just links to a "were sorry, that page cannot be found" message.
Absolute garbage company,
It would be SO HARD to manage your online presence too from out of an office wouldn't it !

Also, when you DO ring, you get told they CANT answer any "billing" or sales queries !!

So, if your bill is incorrect you have ZERO chance of speaking to anyone to sort it out ..brilliant !

No but I DM’d them on Twitter about pausing Sky Sports Extra with my account number, address, first and last letter of the password on the account and stated that I was the account holder. Took a couple of days but just got a message saying it was paused too, checked my account and it was. Pretty painless.
