The only copy we can issue is the same as the version available online. The solicitor should accept these as paper bills were never issued to you as you are on Online Billing. In any case, a copy will always look like the version available in Your Account Online. These are normally accepted as proof of address.
We can request a registered customer letter confirming you are an Electric Ireland customer if you wish.
