How many devices should a box support?

Hi guys

We have our virgin box around 5 years I’d guess?

Anyway - lately we are only able to access WiFi on 2 maybe 3 devices at a time ?
The other devices say ‘password incorrect “‘ .. then it’s a case of having to go and turn off WiFi on anything we aren’t using .

Also ... Netflix buffers stalls constantly . Have to reboot it once every 2 days at least.

Is this normal ?
Do we need a replacement box ?
