Long wait for technician to fix

Just to mildly rant; not sure there's anything you can do.

We had technicians in our estate this week upgrading the service which is great, but they managed to knock the service off for a few in the estate instead by mistake (in a random pattern - our neighbours are back up, but other random houses are also gone)

On with technical support after 2 days offline, hoping it would have come back as the workers packed up yesterday evening, only to be told, yes there's a fault and another technician will have to come back but there's none available til next Wednesday.

So there's the complaint - knocked offline by a technicians mistake (broadband and netflix channel gone still have tv) - but can't be helped as no other technician available to come back for 5 days, and others in estate getting same message. Why can't the crew that were here last 2 days be asked to come back and fix their mistake
