4455 menu optiond keypad not working

Hi all users

My first post in which I will attempt to make clear my current experiences trying to use 4455 from my TM mobile phone.

Via the TM app icon > 4455 link >  connection  to 4455 customer services >  menu options offered >

selected option 4 from onscreen keypad  > TM response - "Sorry, you have not selected a valid option.


Any assistance to get me connected to my required menu option very much appreciated.

I see, my apologies, I was unaware that Boards was for Ireland.  However, I should have spotted the .ie.  And yes I am using TM UK services but the same use, in principle, might pertain to the ie. customer services?
