Hi, looking for help here. I have only just purchased a Tesco sim prepay plan plus voucher for €15. I entered the voucher code and then went through the process of porting my old number from Eir to TM. This has now been completed successfully this morning however it now appears that my €15 top up has vanished. And when I tried to reenter my voucher code it states that it has previously been entered.
Could ye check this out for me?
