I ordered my SIM only pack on Monday and received my Sim on Wednesday - however, I'm disappointed that my 28 days credit time started on the Monday, 2 days before I even received the SIM card.

Surely for new customers, you should be adding a couple days onto the credit for the delivery time?

Not a great first impression of the service
