Direct debits in app

How do I view my list of direct debits in app?

They can't be seen via the App.. I know - it's 2019 and you still can't see direct debits on a mobile app. This has been an issue with KBC for years but no expected delivery date.

If you read some of the older posts on here you'll see how so many 'standard' bits of functionality are just not available from KBC - it's kinda embaressing

Hi Donotvalidate, thanks for your post.

This is not a feature we have available on the mobile app at the moment, however we are working on having this feature available soon.

Our customer service agents can provide you with a full list of direct debits over the phone.

I can arrange a call back for you if you provide your best contact number, otherwise you can free phone the team on 1800 93 92 44 or abroad on 0035316646100.

Thanks,

Lauren

31st of February!!!!

Theres quite a few threads over 4 years old that have been asking the exact same question and always get the same reply that "Its being worked on"

Wish I'd seen this before I had swapped over to them

Why is it listed as a feature on the Play Store then?

Any update on this functionality?

Am considering moving to KBC... but a good smart app is essential.

Are ye all saying that you cannot SEE direct debits at all ?
If I have monthly life insurance, electricity bills, gas bills etc....    I can't see those transactions listed ?

You can see direct debit transactions amongst all the other transactions, you just can't see a list of recurring direct debits in one specific place.

Delighted to see this at long last. The ability to cancel them is there as well. Just tap on the direct debit and then tap the trashcan icon in the top right.

Tap on the transfers button on your current account. It's in a row at the bottom of the next screen then.

It's launched in the app now !

Pity they didn't put it in the app update description. I stumbled across it.

Heck you can even delete direct debits !!

See the posts before you. It has been there since some time in December so it wouldn't be in the latest app update description. Any way, it is a welcome change. Saying that, I'm using Revolut a lot more now than I have been so these changes are probably a case of too little, too late for me.
