Hi. I sent an email to your service department on the 12th August, again on August 16th and lastly on August 28th. I have yet to hear from anyone in relation to my complaint except a generic email saying my email was being forwarded and someone would contact me shortly. I would like to know when my complaint will be dealt with. If its not dealt with shortly I will be taking the matter further.
