Hello,

I called your support phone number, and asked to for this to be done.

I held a while and then was told that the adult content filtering was in place.

I turned off the phone, waited 5 minutes rebooted (twice) and I can still browse mature adult sites (e.g. pornhub ..com)  . Note I have WIFI turned OFF so I am only browsing via Tesco cellular data.

Can you help me?

Questions:

Is the ''Parental controls & content settings' mentioned above available in Ireland?

This is provided 'out of the box' by three.ie   ...  am I better off just moving to three?

Hi LifeIs TooShort2,

Thanks for getting in touch. Please send us a PM here with the mobile number in question and we'll certainly be able to look into this for you. I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused!

Just to let you know, if you need an instant reply, you can also contact us through the service "Chat Now" from our website, where you can speak live with an agent.

Many Thanks,
Caitlin

So this is the PM I got.....

"In order to turn on the Parental Controls on the device, can you please follow the below settings:

On the device that you want parental controls on, open the Play Store app .
At the top-left corner, tap Menu Settings Parental controls.
Turn 'Parental controls' On.
Create a PIN. ...
Tap the type of content you want to filter.
Choose how to filter or restrict access.

If you have any further queries, please feel free to drop us another message!

Kind Regards,

Erica"

Respectful, Eirca this is NO good and NOT in any way what I am asking about.

I'm looking for some ISP level DNS filtering as mentioned in the original post, see the Tesco link.

Can anyone help.

Tescomobile.com is the UK network while tescomobile.ie is the Irish network

So I don't think this is something that the Irish network supports at an account level
