Gigabit Broadband Install no show

I ordered Gigabit broadband via a Vodafone agent that called to the house last Thurs 13th. Install date was set for yesterday afternoon 20th June but the installer didn't show up. I had taken a half day from work for the installer and lost a half days pay because of it. Very annoying!!

Please explain what happened????
