Trying for 15 days now to unlock my phone so I can move network, spoke with 3 agents and have an ongoing email thread with ye.
I have sent a request to unlock my Samsung phone and have been told it will take 20 days but your website says 12 days.
For the past 4 days I have been told that the website will be updated “soon”
I am now going to make an office complaint to ComReg about the incorrect and misleading information available on the website and lack of urgency in getting it fixed, which leads me to believe it’s there on purpose.
Can you please tell me how long it takes to unlock a Samsung phone?
Can you please look into my porting request and explain why it’s taking so long?
