Can't view my bill!

I am trying to to register on your site to see my billing history and account details. When I try to register using my phone number, your site gives me an error message saying that I am not a vodafone customer (I have been a customer since last November). When I use the link and pin number that you sent to me via SMS to view my bill, your site says that the password is incorrect.

Your customer support line has no options to deal with this problem. Can you please sort this out?
