Closing Account issue

A bit over a week ago I submitted meter readings for my gas and electricity to close my account.

My gas account has been closed but my electricity account has not been.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Can you please send us a private message with your details?

For account security, we will require the following:

- Your full name
- Your contact number
- Your account number
- The first line of your address
- Confirm that you are the account holder (Yes/No)
