Add new property to online account

In the 'My account' section of my profile online it lists all my closed accounts.  I want to add a new property to this and it won't let me.  The property already is set up for paper billing etc, but i just want to set it up for direct debit etc.  I can't see an option online that will let me do this.

Thank you for getting in touch.

There is a drop down section in either the Contact Us or Help section that allows customers to add an additional account. Can you see this on your Online Account?

If you still need assistance, we can certainly look into this for you. 

We require the following details by private message: 
  • The name as it appears on the account
  • The account number
  • The contact number
  • The first line of your address
  • Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)

We can then look into your query.
