Problems moving from Vodafone to eir

I moved my phone/broadband from Vodafone to eir last December and I am still being billed by Vodafone
even though it is being provided by eir now. Can you look into this
for me?


Also, Why am I directed to schedule a "call back" when I try to contact the billing dept. on 1907?
Can't I contact them directly?
