Welcome to the Talk to...Virgin Media Ireland forum.

Virgin Media Ireland's Online Care Representatives will be available from 12.00pm to 3.00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to answer any questions you might have regarding your Virgin Media service.

Please direct any private messages to the Virgin Media: Reps account, to ensure the fastest possible response time to your queries.

For assistance outside of these hours you can visit the Customer Support section of their website, contact them on Twitter (@VirginMediaIE), where they are online Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, or Text us on (086) 1802267.

The team look forward to assisting you with any questions that you might have, and appreciate all feedback regarding your Virgin Media services.

All the usual forum guidelines apply in this forum. Personal abuse will not be  tolerated.  

Important to note too that as with all Talk To forums, the Virgin Media Ireland Team cannot always answer every question immediately due to the size of the company and the variety of departments, they have internal processes to follow themselves, so please be patient.
