Refund cheques will be issued, once legislation has been passed, to the named Irish Water Account holder.
If you need to update correspondence information, in the event you have moved from the property where you registered for Water Charges, you can do so by logging into your MyWater account
here.
Alternatively, you can call us on 1850 448 448, between9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Please note, we are currently receiving a high volume of calls regarding refunds.
