Who we are
We own, operate, build and maintain the natural gas network in Ireland. We connect all customers to the natural gas network, regardless of their supplier. We also look after planned and unplanned maintenance of the natural gas network.

Why would you need to contact us? Some of the most common reasons are below:
You need to report a gas fault or emergency
You have no gas
You are looking to get connected to the natural gas network
You would like your gas meter moved
You would like the gas pipes moved
You need to know the location of underground pipes
You would like to submit a meter reading
How long will it take to solve my issue?
During our opening hours, we will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Some queries make take longer than others as we may need to liaise with other departments. In these incidents we will keep you updated at all times. We are committed to getting back to you as quickly as possible.
For some queries, we will need additional information from you so that we can fully assist you. On such occasions, and to protect your privacy, we will ask you to send us a private message.
