Network issues?

At about 9 this morning my phone wouldn't connect to internet 
I restarted it
Then it looked for the sim unlock pin
I don't use the sim lock code
I entered you valid pin but it is not accepted 
This is leaving me off the network 

I'm in Meath

Is there any other reported issued?

Hi Deckie27

I will need to look into this you may need to be provided with unlock code or if you reboot the phone in a strong signal area. Can you send me your, name, number, address, mothers maiden name and IMEI number so I can look into this further.

Hi deckie27

No problem and I hope you get it sorted , If the devise is faulty and you are still in warranty you may be able to get what ever the issue is repaired.
