Can I cancel an order I placed recently?

Basically I placed an order last night from Komplett and I wish to cancel the order today. I haven't received any email saying that the order has shipped and no one is picking up on the phone end. I've sent in a ticket (No 99965) but as you can imagine, I'm hoping to get in contact with someone as soon as possible about this. Thanks and hope to hear from someone ASAP.

Just like to update that the order was cancelled in time and that I will be receiving a refund (hopefully) soon. Thanks guys.
