Maintenance Grant for studying in England?

06.03.2014 21:56 #1
Hi,

If you could give me any kind of help with this I'd really appreciate it, I'm so confused!

I did my Leaving Cert in 2013, then went to Colaiste Dhulaigh to do a PLC FETAC level 5 course in Portfolio Preparation this year. In September I think I'll be starting a course in The University of Sunderland in the UK.

Is there any kind of grant at all I can get to help with this? Or anywhere I can apply to/research besides SUSI that would be more suitable?

Thanks a million!

We offer maintenance only grants to Irish residents studying in the E.U. This means you would only be eligible to receive the maintenance component of the grant if you were eligible, your fees would not be covered.

Unfortunately we could not advise if you would be able to get funding elsewhere. Citizens Information may be able to provide you with more information in regards to this.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Shane,
