Welcome to the Talk to... Currys forum at We're delighted to have hosted this forum since June 8, 2010.

Representatives from the Currys team in Ireland will be here Monday to Friday to answer your questions about their products and services and business in Ireland.

Please welcome Currys PC World: Sean who will take over as the main contact.

Who are we?

Currys is your electrical retailer helping you with everything from TVs, cameras and washing machines to laptops and printers.

We currently have 28 Currys & PC World stores throughout the Republic of Ireland and two additional Dixons travel stores in the airport. Click here to find your nearest store. We also have two online stores and where you can order the same products we have instore online.

We’re here to help you out with queries, listen to your views and let you know about our great deals, new products, services and much more!

Sean, your main representative at Currys, will be joined with other members in our team from time to time to answer your questions.

When will we be available for you?

We’ll be here generally during shop opening hours Monday to Friday. You can post your question outside of these times and we’ll come back to you when we’re back on

If you need help outside of these hours you can always visit your local Currys or PC World store, or talk to a colleague in our Ireland & UK contact centre at 1890 400 001.

If your question is in regards to an online order you can email our web store team via email on and Please note the webteam can only handle issues regarding to online orders.

When will my issue be resolved?

We’ll do our best to find a solution to your issue as soon as possible. Please remember that some issues may take longer to resolve as we may need to contact several departments for their help too.

What will we do with your feedback?

We’ll listen to your feedback and will pass it on to the relevant people in our team. This way we can improve and learn from what we do to provide a better service for you.

All the usual forum guidelines apply in this forum. Personal abuse will not be tolerated.

Please note also that Currys cannot answer every question immediately - some queries will require them going to other departments, to stores or to head office - they have internal processes to follow themselves, so please be patient.
