Welcome to the Talk to... O2 forum at We're delighted to have hosted a forum since March 08, 2011.

A representative from O2's Customer Care team will be here between 9am to 10pm, Monday to Friday and 10.30am to 7pm at weekends to answer your questions about anything to do with O2.

If you need to speak to someone, Billpay customers can call 1909 and Prepay customers can call 1747.

If you are abroad and need to contact us urgently, you can call +353 61 203 501.

We also have a TextChat service which you can access by sending a text saying CHAT to 50219. This is a free service.

How long will it take to solve my issue?

It depends on the nature of your query. We try and provide a solution as quickly as possible, however, some queries may take longer to resolve as we may need to contact other areas of O2.

For some queries, we require more information about your account so that we can investigate this for you. On such occasions and to protect your privacy and account information, we’ll ask you to send us a private message.

All the usual forum guidelines apply in this forum. Personal abuse or naming employees other than Official O2 Reps on boards will not be tolerated.

Important to note too that Daryll, Lisa and the team cannot answer every question immediately - due to the size of O2 and the variety of departments, they have internal processes to follow themselves, so please be patient.

O2 have no deletion or editing privileges on your posts or theirs on this forum.

All PMs should be directed to the Telefonica O2 Reps account so to ensure they are answered quickly by a member of the team.
