Your best ways to keep paving clear of moss/weeds?

Our driveway paving has sand brushed between the stones. To get rid of moss and weeds growing I have power washed and brushed in replacement sand / used washing powder / removed by hand. I have tried to spray afterwards though I have not consistently sprayed every year. 2 sprays per year might be needed.

I know this is a FAQ. What I am wondering is what method works consistently for people, that when applied keeps things clean!

My witness don't speak English for civil marriage in Ireland

Hi, I m getting married this week in Ireland, and my family is coming over and I really want my brother to be my witness, but he doesn't speak english, some basic stuff only. Now wondering if I will have a problem with that? He understands ceremony and everything but if they start asking him questions he will freeze.
What actually they might ask him?
And do they mind if we help him to understand if they ask him something?
