I'm having a bit of a bash for Halloween and was wondering would I be better doing up to the North to get the drink? I live less than a half hour south of the border?


Also in your experience how much drink would you need for around 50 people to keep them going from say 8/9pm-12/1am?

A man from Grums in western Sweden has been fined by the authorities for soiling a jacket after masturbating in a Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) store.

The prosecutor's office in Karlstad ruled that the 27-year-old man had "deliberately masturbated to the point of ejaculation causing the destruction of a woman's jacket worth 398 kronor".

The incident took place in a H&M clothing store on Drottninggatan in Karlstad in November last year.

The prosecutor also found the man to have violated the sexual integrity of another person in the store by masturbating in their presence.

The 27-year-old has been ordered to pay a 4,000 kronor ($450) fine as well as a 500 kronor fee to the national Crime Victim Fund.

Because if he accidentally masturbated to the point of ejaculation he'd have been excused?
