        <description><![CDATA[Now I've no problem with paying for my water. I've already taken a few measures to restrict future water use for when the charges come in. I was relatively happy with the allowance Irish Water were to give.<br /><br />
But I feel that this is just plain sneaky. We will not be allowed carry over surplus water from one day to the next.<br /><br />
