hello!!!! ive been trying to sell this pc for months now, im running low on money and as is my luck nobody has bought it yet. figured it would be a good idea to post on here, after having listed it on facebook marketplace and adverts.

now unfortunately i dont know the exact specs, but i know its oddly powerful for a business pc, or at least thats how i view it. i used to only use it to play games such as postal 2, or minecraft. it comes equipped with a dvd drive, it used to run windows 10 but i think its on windows 11 now, has an intel processor. i recommend downgrading (i honestly think its more of an upgrade) to windows 10. willing to help buyer with that. the asking price is €150, post is €4, but willing to do collection! i am in enniscorthy and will try to throw in the power cable for the pc with the purchase of the pc. thank you!!!

Lenovo Gaming Desktop PC 10pin ATX Power Supply question

Hi all, got a Lenovo Ideacentre Gaming PC , it has a special Lenovo only it looks like ATX power supply with 10pin power plug on the main board.

It had a hole blown on the main board right beside one of the the SATA power sockets next to the power plug . So ordered a brand new original Mainboard .

Now the power supply will do one short burst of power supply fan and stop only when I plug in the mains IEC plug at the back of the ATA power supply - when I press button on front of the case there is nothing , no fans , no VGA/HDMI out no beeps from buzzer on the mainboard .

I have checked with multi-meter. All 3 yellow leads have +12vDC and Blue wire has -12VDC so that seems to be all checking out fine (but why are all 3 yellows all have voltage even before the front case button is pushed, which seemed strange to me. if it was a power supply issue would I even get all the +12volts DC there on that plug?)

So , disconnected the ATX plug off the main board and shorted out the Green wire (power on signal) to black ground wire on plug and again when plugged in IEC mains lead , one short burst of ATX power supply Fan noise and then the power Supply fan goes off not stays on with the green and black wire shorted.

So this has me a bit off guard now , I am used to changing normal standard ATX power supplies of 14pin and 19pin but the first one with a Lenovo 10pin one . - a new Lenovo 380w power supply over 100euro so I dont want to order if this one is OK .
