I sent a join request thingy to all my facebook friends (I do actually know 95% of these people personally) and I want to see how many will join up and how many will forward it on and so forth.
I said I'd donate one cent for every thousanth person who joins. That cent will be donated to my cent jar.
While setting up the cause, it asked me if I wanted to search for charities in Canada. ****ing Canada? WTF?
I didn't select any charities and nobody will be able to donate money.

For those of you who aren't bothered clicking links, the cause is to fight Super AIDS. It was just a term coined to identify a strain of the HIV virus (shut up) that originated in New York. It's the same as normal AIDS, but South Park made it funny.

Anyway, what make you of these causes?
I find them quite annoying really. It's really pointless. Me putting a red bow on my facebook page isn't going to cure anything.
