If I lock the doors using the remote control key fob, all doors lock. However, if I unlock them the driver's door remains locked.

I'm having a problem with the rear passenger door. I can't open the door from the inside or outside. The little black thing on the inside of the door has gone right down and doesn't pop up when I open the door from the driver door.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? If so is it expensive to get fixed?
